Who these terms apply to

These terms govern access to Omkin websites, accounts, matching, profiles, bookings, meetings, support, and community features. A care relationship may also include separate professional consent, service, and jurisdiction-specific terms.

• You must provide accurate account and location information.
• You may use only the role and permissions assigned to you.
• You remain responsible for protecting your sign-in access.

What Omkin provides

Omkin provides discovery, eligibility controls, booking, payments, communications, and session infrastructure. Unless a local arrangement expressly says otherwise, Omkin is not the treating professional and does not guarantee availability, fit, or an outcome.

Acceptable use

Do not impersonate another person, bypass eligibility or safety controls, scrape private profiles, record a session without lawful permission, harass another user, misuse payment systems, or upload unlawful or malicious material.

Bookings, payments, and disputes

The price, currency, duration, cancellation window, service type, and professional appear before authorization. Separate cancellation, refund, subscription, and professional terms apply where relevant.

Changes, suspension, and contact

Material changes are versioned and communicated when required. Access may be suspended for legal, safety, security, payment, or policy reasons, with an explanation and review route where appropriate.
