One-to-one sessions and community care do not require a hidden membership. If Omkin Pass is offered, its included benefits, exclusions, price, currency, tax, billing interval, and market availability appear before purchase.
The checkout states whether a plan renews automatically and when payment is taken. Material price or benefit changes are communicated in advance where required and do not create retroactive charges.
The account provides a direct cancellation route. Cancellation stops the next renewal but may leave paid benefits available until the current period ends, subject to applicable withdrawal and refund rights.
Payment failure, misuse, legal restrictions, or service closure may interrupt a plan. Omkin explains the impact on benefits, credits, existing bookings, and any applicable refund.
