Accurate identity, scope, and credentials
Practitioners must provide truthful identity, qualifications, languages, experience, service claims, locations, credentials, insurance where required, and payout information, then keep them current.
Professional standard
Professional obligations, verification, fees, safety, and platform conduct for people offering services through Omkin.
Each section explains the user-facing promise, the operational boundary behind it, and where to go when something needs attention.
Practitioners must provide truthful identity, qualifications, languages, experience, service claims, locations, credentials, insurance where required, and payout information, then keep them current.
Coaches remain within an approved non-clinical scope. Licensed professionals serve only eligible locations and within the scope of every active credential. A practitioner must not bypass a platform eligibility block.
Published availability, price, duration, cancellation terms, tax information, and communication windows must be accurate. Completed services and adjustments follow the documented payment ledger and platform-fee schedule.
Practitioners protect confidential information, use approved communication and session routes, report safety or security concerns, avoid discrimination and harassment, and cooperate with a proportionate investigation.
Omkin may re-review, limit, suspend, or remove a profile for credential, legal, quality, safety, fraud, privacy, or conduct reasons. The practitioner receives an appropriate explanation and review route unless law or safety prevents disclosure.
Use the dedicated support, privacy, safety, accessibility, or legal route. Emergency needs should always go directly to local services.
