Use the dedicated data-rights route and identify the account or activity concerned. Omkin will not ask you to include therapy notes, coaching content, passwords, full payment-card details, or unnecessary identity documents in an open message.
Omkin uses proportionate verification before disclosing or changing personal data. An authorized representative may need to show valid authority, and a parent or guardian request must follow the rules applicable to the account and location.
The request is acknowledged, tracked, and answered within the applicable period. If law, professional record duties, fraud prevention, safety, or another person's rights limit the outcome, Omkin explains the reason and any available review or complaint route.
